aww, Very good use of the lighting settings, I used this same filter in a different way when I made Project PURPLE >[link]
It looks like you did some blurs on different layers. Did you? or is it all 1 layer?

no lighting settings actually but yes on the blurs and different layers. a couple of other filters too...but it's been a while so i don't quite remember which ones. :)
