seriously people, don't call yourself an artist if you're not going to 1) ask permission before using another artist's work and 2) not give credit for the original work.
is a blatant rip off of my "sleepless" image .
because the thief didn't ask me in the first place about using my work, i had to find out second-hand about this rip. he even admitted that his fat blur was based off of my image in the comments but, when asked about giving credit to me, never responds. but oh, he most certainly keeps accepting thanks for his "work" to all the compliments posted. what the fruitbat.

i've never felt the need to complain about a fellow dA member in a public journal entry...here's one to start off my 13th year at deviantart.
this guy (https://phoshpor.deviantart.com/) made alterations to an image of mine and then subbed it to dA. he gave me credit for the original image in the notes. my image use policy (which is clearly stated on my dA profile page) asks that everyone notify me before using my images in any projects. because this guy gave me credit on the original submission, i assumed that he may have just missed seeing the policy on my page so i sent him a note asking that he request permission for any future use of ima
